These terms are the agreement between you and MobileUpp for the use of Infinitv. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Infinitv is published by MobileUpp, [Legal entity name], [Registered address]. "We" and "us" mean MobileUpp; "you" means the person using the app. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in countries where that is the minimum age for consenting to online services, and old enough under your local law to make purchases. If you are under the age of majority you may only make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. You must not use Infinitv if you are barred from doing so under applicable sanctions or export law.
The app creates an anonymous account on first launch so that a coin balance and a bid have an owner. You may link it to Apple or Google sign-in to keep that balance across devices. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to the sign-in method you linked.
An unlinked anonymous account can be lost. If you delete the app, wipe the device or sign out without having linked a provider, we may have no way to identify you and no way to restore your coins. Link an account before buying coins.
Handles must not impersonate anyone, imply an affiliation you do not have, or contain slurs or unlawful material. We may reclaim a handle that does.
Infinitv broadcasts a single continuous channel. Every clip on air runs fifteen seconds. The channel keeps its own clock and a published running order, so all viewers see the same frame at the same moment. When nobody is bidding the channel rotates clips that have already aired, so it is never off air.
Two ways exist to put a clip on the channel: win the auction for the next slot, or queue a generation at a fixed coin price behind everything that has been won. Neither guarantees a specific time on air: the running order is materialised in advance and a finished render cuts in ahead of filler, so scheduled times move.
Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the app. They are not money, not a stored-value instrument, not a security and not a cryptocurrency.
This is not gambling. An auction has a published price, a published deadline and a certain outcome: the highest bidder gets the slot and everybody else gets their hold back. There is no wager, no prize of value, and nothing is paid out. Coins can never become money again.
When your prompt is accepted, we submit it — expanded for the model — to our generation provider, together with any reference image you uploaded. Coins are spent at submission. What comes back is what goes on air.
Infinitv offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly and annual) that remove advertising and unlock the benefits described on the purchase screen.
A subscription does not include coins unless the purchase screen says so.
All purchases are made through Apple or Google, and only they can issue a refund. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play order history.
Coins are consumable digital content that is delivered immediately. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal — for example the 14-day right in the EU — you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right once the coins are credited. Coins already spent on a bid or a generation are not refundable in any case. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
You are responsible for every prompt you submit, every image you upload and every handle you choose. Infinitv broadcasts to everyone, so we operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.
You must not submit, upload or attempt to generate anything that:
You must not reverse engineer the app, attack or overload the service, automate bidding or generation, evade a suspension, or use the app in breach of any law that applies to you.
By uploading a reference image you confirm you have the right to use it and that everyone shown in it has agreed to appear. Reference images are stored so that the generation model can fetch them and are publicly readable.
Stories are chains of fifteen-second beats built by different people, and they do not go on air. When you open a story, you accept that anyone may continue it, that two people answering the same beat will fork it, and that a continuation may take the story in a direction you did not intend. You have no editorial control over other people's beats. All the rules in section 10 apply to every beat.
The app. We own Infinitv, its name, its design and its software. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your prompts and clips. You keep whatever rights you have in the prompt you wrote and the image you uploaded. Ownership of AI-generated video is unsettled in many countries and we make no representation that a generated clip is protectable or that you own it.
What you grant us. For your content — prompt text, reference images, handle, generated clips and story beats — you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, transmit, publicly perform and display it in the app and in the channel's back catalogue, including in rebroadcast and in promotional material for Infinitv. This licence lasts as long as the clip remains part of the channel, survives deletion of your account to that extent, and exists so we can operate a broadcast channel. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
Other people's clips. Watching the channel does not give you rights in what other people made. Do not scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit the channel's output.
If you see something that breaches these terms, report it from the clip in the app or email support@mobileupp.com with the handle and the time it aired. We review reports and act — typically within 24 hours — by removing the clip, withholding it from rotation, and suspending or banning the account behind it.
Prompts pass through automated filters before generation, and we may refuse or remove anything at our discretion. Filtering is imperfect: it can block an innocent prompt and it can miss a bad one. Rejection by a safety filter is not a fault of the service and is not refundable.
Copyright owners may send a takedown notice to the address above with the work identified, the clip identified, contact details, and a statement that the use is unauthorised. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
Users without an active subscription may see advertising served by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for advertised products or for the sites they lead to.
We aim to keep the channel on air continuously but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Infinitv, and we may stop the service entirely. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice in the app and will not sell coins after the notice; unspent coins may be lost at closure, subject to any mandatory law that says otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, attempt fraud or chargeback abuse, manipulate the auction, or use the app unlawfully. Coins in a terminated account are forfeited. You may stop using Infinitv at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete Account; see the deletion page. Sections 5, 12, 17, 18 and 19 survive termination.
The app and everything in it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the channel will be uninterrupted, that generated video will match your prompt, or that content on the channel will be to your taste.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the loss of coins or of an unlinked account. Our total liability for any claim relating to Infinitv is limited to the amount you paid us — or, where purchases are made through a store, to the store — for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify us against claims brought by a third party arising out of content you submitted or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts, that right is unaffected: you may bring proceedings where you live, under the law that applies there.
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for Infinitv or its content, and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any claim about the app — including product liability, a failure to meet a legal requirement, or a consumer protection claim — is our responsibility and not Apple's. If a third party claims the app infringes its intellectual property, we are responsible for the investigation and defence of that claim. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Infinitv after a change means you accept the new terms.
