You can delete your Infinitv account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email. This page explains how, what is removed, what is kept, and how long it takes.
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to the device, write to us and we will do it for you.
Send it from the address linked to your account and include:
We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything, and confirm by email when it is done. Requests are completed within 30 days and usually within a few days.
If your account was never linked to Apple or Google, it exists only on the device that created it. In that case there may be nothing we can identify from an email — deleting the app removes it, but the safest route is Option 1 while you still have the device.

Your profile row and handle. Your linked Apple or Google identifier and email address. Your coin balance and any open bid holds. Your bid history. Your push notification token. Reference images you uploaded. Drafts and generations that have not aired. Your likes. |
Clips that have already aired, and the prompts behind them, as part of the
channel's back catalogue — shown without your handle and no longer linked
to your account. Story beats you contributed, so that other people's stories do not break — also unattributed. Purchase receipts and ledger entries, where tax and accounting law requires us to keep a record, retained in the narrowest form allowed. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics. |
Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule, so a deleted record can persist in an encrypted backup for up to 30 days before it is overwritten. It is not restored to the live service.
Subscriptions are billed by the store, not by us, so we cannot cancel one for you.
Cancel before you delete the account, or the subscription keeps renewing against a store account with no app behind it.
If you want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of one specific clip rather than the whole account, email support@mobileupp.com and say which. Your full set of rights is described in the Privacy Policy.
