Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 August 2026 · Version 1.0

Infinitv is a continuous AI video channel. You bid coins for the right to write the next fifteen-second prompt, and what the model renders goes out live to everyone watching. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to get it back or delete it.

01Who we are

Infinitv (bundle id com.mobileupp.infinitv) is published by MobileUpp, [Legal entity name], [Registered address] ("we", "us"). For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR we are the data controller for the personal data described here.

Questions, requests and complaints: support@mobileupp.com.

02Accounts and identity

Infinitv creates an anonymous account for you the first time the app opens. It has no name, no email and no password — just an identifier stored on the device and a display handle. It exists so a coin balance and a bid can belong to somebody.

You may optionally link that anonymous account to Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. We do this so your coins and your authorship survive a reinstall or a second device. When you link an account we receive from the provider a stable user identifier and, depending on the provider and your choices, an email address and display name. With Sign in with Apple you may use Apple's private relay address and we will never see your real one.

03Data we collect

Account data

Content you create

Coins and transactions

We never receive or store card numbers, bank details or billing addresses. Payment is taken by Apple or Google and verified for us by RevenueCat.

Device and diagnostic data

Advertising identifiers

If you consent to tracking on iOS, or do not opt out of personalised ads on Android, Google AdMob may access your device advertising identifier. See section 8.

04What is public

Infinitv is a broadcast channel, so some of what you create is shown to every viewer and cannot be treated as private:

PublicNot public
Your handle, your prompt text, the resulting clip and thumbnail, the winning bid amount, your story beats, like counts, and any reference image you upload. Your email address, your linked provider identifier, your coin balance and ledger, your bid history, your purchase receipts, your push token and your diagnostic data.

A clip that has aired becomes part of the channel's back catalogue and may be rebroadcast when nobody is bidding. Choose your handle and your prompt with that in mind.

05How we use data

We do not use your prompts, clips or reference images to train our own AI models. Our generation provider processes them under its own terms; see section 7.

06Legal bases (EU/UK users)

07Who we share with

We share personal data only with the processors below, and only as far as each needs it. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with data brokers.

ProviderWhat it receives, and why
SupabaseHosting, database, authentication and file storage — your account row, content, ledger and uploads live here.
fal.aiVideo generation. Receives your prompt text and any reference image URL. It does not receive your identity.
RevenueCatPurchase verification and entitlement state. Receives a pseudonymous app user identifier and the store receipt.
Apple / GooglePayment processing, sign-in, and app distribution. They act as their own controllers for those parts.
Google (Firebase)Crash reporting, analytics and push delivery.
Google AdMobAdvertising to non-subscribed users.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims. If the business is sold or merged, account data may transfer with it; you will be told before that happens.

08Advertising and tracking

Ads are shown by Google AdMob to users without an active subscription. On iOS we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking identifier is used. If you decline, you still see ads — they are simply not personalised. You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Google's handling of ad data is described in its own privacy notice.

09International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant) or on an adequacy decision.

10Retention

11Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a portable copy. EU, UK and Swiss residents have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any right, email support@mobileupp.com from the address linked to your account, or include your handle if your account is anonymous. We answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to your local data protection authority.

12Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete Account. There is a full description of what is deleted, what survives and how long it takes on our account deletion page.

13Children

Infinitv is not directed at children. The app contains user-generated video produced from other people's prompts, and it sells virtual currency, so it is rated for older audiences on both stores. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where your country's law sets that as the minimum age for consent to data processing) and old enough to make purchases under your jurisdiction's law. If we learn that we hold data from a child below that age we delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has used the app should contact support@mobileupp.com.

14Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access rules: an account can only read and write its own balance, bids and uploads, and every change to a coin balance runs through a server-side function rather than a client write. No system is perfectly secure, but we review access rules whenever the schema changes.

Reference images are stored in a public bucket, so anyone with the URL can view them. This is a deliberate constraint of image-to-video generation, not an oversight — treat the image as published.

15Changes

We will update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
