Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026 · Effective: 31 August 2026

These terms form a binding agreement between you and MobileUpp Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("MobileUpp", "we", "us"), Maslak, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye, governing your use of the Yuvra mobile application and the eSIM data plans sold through it. By installing Yuvra or buying a plan you accept these terms.

Read this before you buy

  • Your phone must be eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. Check both before purchasing — a plan cannot be refunded because your device turns out to be locked.
  • Plans are data-only. They do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS unless the plan description says otherwise.
  • Once the eSIM and its QR code have been delivered, the plan cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the cases listed in section 8.
  • An eSIM profile can normally be installed only once. If you delete it from your phone, it cannot be reinstalled.

1. What Yuvra is

Yuvra is a reseller. We are not a mobile network operator and we do not own or operate any network. The data plans sold in the app are supplied by our partner Airalo and delivered over the networks of Airalo's local operator partners in each destination. We are responsible to you for the sale, the delivery of a working eSIM and customer support; network coverage, speed and availability are provided by those operators.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. When you first open the app an anonymous account is created for you; you may sign in with Apple or Google to keep your purchases across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to the account you use, and for everything done through it.

3. Device compatibility

An eSIM only works on a device that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. Compatibility is your responsibility to check before you buy. We publish a compatibility list in the app and can help you check on request. A plan delivered to an incompatible or carrier-locked device is not a defect in our service and is not refundable on that basis.

4. Plans, activation and validity

5. Installation

After payment we provision the eSIM and give you a QR code, an iOS installation link and the manual SM-DP+ details. Installing the profile is done by your phone's operating system; Yuvra never installs it for you. Install the profile while you have a working internet connection, ideally before you travel. An eSIM profile is generally single-use: if you delete it from your device, it cannot be reinstalled and the remaining data is lost. Keep the QR code until your trip is over.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the app, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are payable in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe or iyzico; we never receive your card number. Your bank may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee that we do not control and cannot refund. A purchase is a one-off transaction — Yuvra does not sell subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

7. Delivery

eSIMs are normally provisioned within a few minutes of successful payment and appear under My eSIMs in the app. If provisioning fails, the order is marked failed and the payment is refunded in full. If an order stays pending for more than 24 hours, contact us.

8. Cancellation and refunds

An eSIM is digital content delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the eSIM has been delivered — under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Regardless of the above, we will refund you in full where:

We do not refund plans that have been activated or used, plans that expired unused, purchases of the wrong destination or the wrong plan, or failures caused by an incompatible, damaged or carrier-locked device. Refund requests go to support@mobileupp.com within 14 days of purchase, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. Your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence are not affected by this section.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use a Yuvra eSIM to break any applicable law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to interfere with a network, to resell the connectivity to third parties, or to use it in a way that the underlying operator's terms prohibit. We may suspend or terminate a plan without refund where use breaches this section, and we may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

10. Availability of the service

We work to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may interrupt the app or the provisioning of new eSIMs. This does not affect an eSIM already installed on your device.

11. Intellectual property

The Yuvra name, logo, app design and content belong to MobileUpp. Installing the app gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or any part of it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Beyond the guarantees given in these terms and those that cannot be excluded by law, the app and the plans are provided "as is". We are not liable for network coverage, speeds, or outages of the underlying operators, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including missed connections, lost bookings or lost data. Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. The terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and Turkish consumers may also apply to the district Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court within the applicable monetary limits.
