Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and MobileUpp ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the SnoreWise application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Medical Disclaimer

SnoreWise is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Snore detection and sleep scores are for informational and general wellness purposes only and may be inaccurate. SnoreWise does not diagnose sleep apnea or any other condition. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or measured in the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

SnoreWise offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual) that unlock premium features and remove ads.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and are shown to you before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App; (b) use the App for unlawful purposes; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; or (d) resell or redistribute the App or its content.

5. User Content & Recordings

Audio recordings you create are stored on your device. You are responsible for your recordings and for obtaining any consent required to record audio in your environment.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MobileUpp and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileUpp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
