This Privacy Policy explains how MobileUpp ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SnoreWise mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
SnoreWise listens through your device microphone while you sleep to detect and measure snoring. Audio recordings and the resulting sleep/snore reports are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. You can delete them at any time within the App.
To sync your subscription and (optionally) secure your data, the App creates an account. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, this may include an anonymous user identifier or, if you sign in with Apple or Google, your name and email address as provided by that service.
When you buy a subscription, our payment partner processes the transaction and provides us with your subscription status and purchase history (not your full payment card details).
We collect app interaction events, approximate usage statistics, device model, operating system version, language, and crash/diagnostic logs to keep the App stable and improve features.
The App may display ads. On iOS, advertising identifiers are only used for personalized ads if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads.
If you enable notifications, we store a device push token to deliver reminders and updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We rely on trusted third-party providers that may process limited data on our behalf, each under their own privacy policies:

We retain account and related data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records). On-device recordings are removed when you delete them or uninstall the App.
SnoreWise is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice.
