These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of OneTake, an AI teleprompter and video recording app published by MobileUpp ("we", "us"). By downloading or using OneTake you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use OneTake on devices you own or control, for your own personal or business content creation. All rights in the app itself, its design and its software remain ours.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use OneTake. If you use the app on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
OneTake is free to use with daily limits. OneTake PRO removes them.

Free-tier limits reset at the start of each local calendar day. We may adjust these limits over time; the values in force are the ones shown in the app.
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google; we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests are subject to the App Store and Google Play policies. Statutory withdrawal or consumer rights in your country are not affected.
Scripts you write and videos you record are yours. OneTake stores them on your device and does not claim any ownership or licence over them. You are solely responsible for the content you create and record, and for holding the rights to any material — text, music, footage, likeness — you use in it.
The AI writer produces suggested text from the brief you enter. Generated content may be inaccurate, generic, outdated or unsuitable for your purpose, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review and edit it before you publish anything. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated text, and you should not enter confidential or personal information about others into a brief.
You are responsible for complying with the laws where you record — including consent requirements for filming other people, and rules about recording in private or restricted places.
You agree not to use OneTake to create, record or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative or infringing content, to impersonate anyone, or to generate deceptive material. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell or sublicense the app, circumvent its limits or subscription checks, or interfere with our backend services.
Features can be enabled, disabled or changed remotely — for example while we fix a problem or during maintenance — and some features depend on your device's hardware and on third-party services. We may also require you to update to a supported app version.
OneTake is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a recording will succeed on every device, or that a take will be saved to your gallery if the operating system denies permission. Keep your own copies of anything important.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileUpp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost content, lost recordings or lost profits arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for OneTake in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using OneTake at any time, delete your account (see Account Deletion) and uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content ownership, disclaimers, liability — continue to apply.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
