You can permanently delete your OneTake account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address linked to your account (if you signed in with Apple or Google) and tell us which account to delete.
Use the subject "OneTake Account Deletion". We verify the request and process it within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
Your scripts and recorded videos are stored on your device, not on our servers, so account deletion does not touch them. To remove them, delete them inside the app, delete the takes from your gallery if you saved them there, or uninstall OneTake — uninstalling erases all local app content.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active OneTake PRO subscription. Cancel it in App Store → your name → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android), otherwise it keeps renewing.
After deletion, your data is removed from our active systems immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example tax or transaction records held by the app stores).
