Kısmet — Kullanım Koşulları

Kısmet uygulamasını kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Hizmetin Niteliği
Kısmet, eğlence amaçlı astrolojik ve falcılık içeriği sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Sunulan tüm yorumlar (yapay zeka veya gerçek falcılar tarafından üretilen) yalnızca eğlence amaçlıdır; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya benzeri profesyonel tavsiye yerine geçmez.
2. Yaş Sınırı
Hizmeti kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Bazı bölgelerde daha yüksek yaş sınırları geçerli olabilir.
3. Hesap ve Güvenlik
- Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Yetkisiz kullanım fark ederseniz hemen bildirin.
- Sahte hesap, kimlik taklidi veya çoklu hesap yasaktır.
4. Ücretler, Abonelik ve Krediler
- Premium abonelik — App Store / Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Otomatik yenilenir; iptal etmedikçe periyot sonunda yenilenir.
- Krediler — gerçek falcı işlemleri için kullanılır. Tek seferlik, tüketildiğinde sıfırlanır. Kullanılmayan krediler iade edilmez.
- İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın (App Store / Google Play) iade politikasına tabidir.
- Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez — önce mağazadan iptal etmelisiniz.
5. Falcı Marketplace
- Falcılar bağımsız hizmet sağlayıcılardır; çalışanımız değildir.
- Kısmet platformudur; falcının sunduğu yorumun içeriğinden Kısmet sorumlu değildir.
- Platform her ücretten %30 komisyon alır.
- Falcılar, başvuru sürecinde verdikleri bilgilerden (TC, IBAN, deneyim) sorumludur.
6. Yasaklı Davranışlar
- Kanuna aykırı, taciz edici, ayrımcı içerik göndermek
- Sistemi kötüye kullanmak (spam, tersine mühendislik, otomasyon)
- Telif haklı içerikleri izinsiz paylaşmak
- Falcıları platform dışına yönlendirmek
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama, içeriği ve markası MobileUpp Inc.'e aittir. Yapay zeka tarafından üretilen yorumların hakları kişisel kullanım kapsamında size verilir; ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırları
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Kısmet, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, ödediğiniz son 12 aylık ücretle sınırlıdır.
9. Hesap Sonlandırma
Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları uyarısız sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden bildiririz. Değişiklik sonrası kullanıma devam, yeni koşulları kabul anlamına gelir.
11. Geçerli Hukuk
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklarda İstanbul Anadolu Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By using the Kısmet app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Nature of the Service
Kısmet is a mobile app providing astrological and fortune-telling content for entertainment purposes. All interpretations (AI- or human-generated) are for entertainment only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Higher age limits may apply in certain regions.
3. Account and Security
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Fake accounts, impersonation, or multiple accounts are prohibited.
4. Fees, Subscriptions, and Credits
- Premium subscription — purchased via App Store / Google Play. Auto-renews until canceled.
- Credits — used for real reader sessions. One-time consumable, depleted on use. Unused credits are not refundable.
- Refunds are subject to the relevant store's refund policy.
- Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions — cancel via the store first.
5. Reader Marketplace
- Readers are independent service providers, not our employees.
- Kısmet is a platform; we are not responsible for the content of reader interpretations.
- Platform takes a 30% commission on each fee.
- Readers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide during application (ID, IBAN, experience).
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content
- Abuse (spam, reverse engineering, automation)
- Sharing copyrighted content without permission
- Diverting readers off-platform
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its content, and branding are owned by MobileUpp Inc. AI-generated interpretations are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be used commercially.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kısmet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. We notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Anatolian Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
