This Privacy Policy explains how MobileUpp (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the FaceFlex mobile application (the “App”), a face-yoga trainer offering a guided exercise library, day-by-day programs, and a private photo journal.
The short version: Your progress photos and your live camera mirror never leave your device. We do not upload, analyze, sell, or share your face. The rest of this page covers the limited data the App and its service providers process to run, improve, and monetize the App.
1. Information we process
- Account data. By default you use the App with an anonymous account (a random identifier). If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a user identifier and, where you permit, your name and email address to keep your account across devices.
- Progress photos & camera. Photo-journal images are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party. The front camera is used as a live mirror during sessions; this video is not recorded, analyzed, or sent anywhere.
- Usage & device analytics. Via Google Firebase Analytics we collect aggregated, non-identifying events (e.g., screens viewed, sessions started) and basic device/OS information to understand and improve the App.
- Crash diagnostics. Via Firebase Crashlytics we collect crash logs and technical diagnostics to fix problems.
- Notifications. If you enable reminders, a push token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) is stored on our Supabase backend so we can deliver your daily nudge.
- Advertising. The App may show ads via Google AdMob. On iOS, ads use your advertising identifier only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission; otherwise you receive non-personalized ads.
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive purchase and subscription status (not your full payment card details).
2. How we use information
- To provide and maintain the App’s features and your account.
- To send the reminders you opt into.
- To measure usage, fix crashes, and improve the experience.
- To display and measure advertising, and to manage subscriptions.
3. Service providers
We share the limited data above only with providers that process it on our behalf: Apple, Google (Firebase, AdMob, Sign-In, Play Billing), Supabase (backend & auth), and RevenueCat (subscriptions). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Device-only photos remain until you delete them or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data are retained per our providers’ standard retention periods.
5. Your rights & choices
- Delete your account & data any time in the App: Settings → Delete Account, or follow our account deletion guide.
- Disable notifications and ad tracking in your device settings.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.
6. Children
FaceFlex is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers listed above. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
