Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your FaceFlex account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

Option 1 — Delete in the App (fastest)

Open FaceFlex.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the App, email us from the address linked to your account (Apple/Google sign-in) at faceflex@mobileupp.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account identifier and any profile data from sign-in (name/email, if provided).
Your reminder/push token and related backend records.

What stays on your device

Your progress photos and journal are stored only on your device — we never receive them. Deleting your account does not erase on-device data. To remove those, delete them in the photo journal or uninstall the App.

What we may retain

We may keep limited records where required by law or for fraud prevention, and aggregated, non-identifying analytics. Subscription/purchase records are held by Apple or Google; manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
