Delete Your CaloSnap Account

This page explains how to delete your CaloSnap account and the data associated with it, as required by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

Open CaloSnap.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the App, email calosnap@mobileupp.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account identifier and profile information.
Your logged meals, nutrition history, and goals.
Your push notification token and app preferences.

What may be retained

Subscription records held by Apple or Google are managed by those stores; cancel your subscription separately in your App Store / Google Play account.
Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., for tax or fraud-prevention purposes).
