User Data Deletion Instructions
Introduction
This document outlines the steps for deleting user data from our TV application. Ensuring the security and privacy of user data is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we provide a process for users to request the deletion of their data completely.
Steps to Request User Data Deletion
1. Submitting a Deletion Request
• Users can request the deletion of their data by contacting us through one of the following channels:

2. Identity Verification
• Users will be required to provide the following information to verify their identity:
• Registered email address
• User ID (if applicable)
• Other account verification details
3. Reviewing the Request
• Once identity verification is complete, the request will be reviewed, and necessary steps will be taken to delete the user’s data.
• If the request is deemed invalid, the user will be informed of the reason.
4. Deleting the Data
• All personal data and account information of the user will be permanently deleted from our systems. This may include:
• User profile information
• Viewing history
• Saved favorites
• Payment information (if any)
• The data deletion process will begin and will be completed within a maximum of 30 days.
5. Completion of Deletion Process
• The user will be notified via email that their data has been successfully deleted.
• A confirmation email will be sent to verify that the user’s data has been completely removed.
Important Notes
• Once the deletion process is completed, access to the user’s account and data will be irreversibly terminated.
• Some data may need to be retained for a certain period due to legal obligations. In such cases, the user will be informed.
• Deleting user data may result in the inability to continue using the application.
