Delete Your SnapWake Account

You can permanently delete your SnapWake account and all associated data at any time, directly from the App or by emailing us. There is no waiting period and no follow-up survey.

Method 1 — Delete from the App (recommended)

  1. 1Open SnapWake on your iPhone or Android device.
  2. 2Sign in with the account you want to delete (Apple or Google), if you are not already signed in.
  3. 3Go to the Settings tab (gear icon, bottom right).
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. 5Confirm the deletion in the dialog. Your account, alarms, credit balance, history, and any cloud-stored data are removed immediately.

Method 2 — Email Request

If you cannot access the App, send a deletion request to snapwake@mobileupp.com from the email address you registered with. Include:

We will verify your identity and delete the account within 7 business days, then confirm by email.

What Gets Deleted

Subscription note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your device's store settings to stop further charges. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple/Google policies, not SnapWake.

What Stays

Local Data on Your Device

Alarms, reference photos, and settings stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the App. To clear them without deleting the account, you can also use Settings → (your alarm) → Delete in the App.
