1. Introduction
MobileUpp ("we", "us", or "our") operates the WallCraft AI mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Display name (if provided)
- Authentication provider data (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In)
2.2 User-Generated Content
- Text prompts you enter to generate images
- Photos you upload for enhancement
- Generated wallpapers, avatars, and enhanced images
- Images you share to the community gallery
2.3 Usage Data
- Generation history and preferences
- Feature usage statistics
- App crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- Device type, OS version, and app version
2.4 Purchase Information
Subscription and purchase data is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Generate AI wallpapers, avatars, and photo enhancements based on your prompts
- Manage your account and daily generation credits
- Display your shared content in the community gallery
- Process subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Send push notifications (with your permission)
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Display personalized advertisements (free tier)
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage
- OpenAI (DALL-E 3) — AI image generation (prompts are sent to OpenAI servers)
- Firebase — Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Analytics
- RevenueCat — Subscription management
- Google AdMob — Advertising (free tier only)
- Apple / Google — Sign-In authentication
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are never stored on the client device.
6. Advertising
Free-tier users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads. You can manage ad tracking preferences through your device settings or App Tracking Transparency prompt.
7. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Generated images are retained until you delete them or your account
- Community gallery posts are retained until removed by you or moderation
- Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Remove your images from the community gallery
- Opt out of push notifications
- Opt out of ad personalization
- Request a copy of your data
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or visit wallcraft.ai/delete-account.html.
9. Children's Privacy
WallCraft AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
