Delete Account - WallCraft AI

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your WallCraft AI account and all associated data using one of the methods below.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your account profile and authentication data
All generated wallpapers, avatars, and enhanced photos
Your posts in the community gallery
Favorites and generation history
Daily credit records
Push notification tokens

Note: If you have an active Premium subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Method 1: Delete from the App

1 Open WallCraft AI on your device

2 Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)

3 Tap Account

4 Tap Delete Account

5 Confirm deletion when prompted

Method 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to wallcraft@mobileupp.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

After Deletion

Your data will be queued for permanent deletion within 30 days
You will be signed out of all devices immediately
You can create a new account with the same email in the future, but previous data cannot be recovered
