Welcome to Sporium. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sporium, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

Sporium is a mobile application that provides:

• Live football/soccer match scores and updates
• Match statistics and standings
• Team and player information
• Push notifications for match events
• Favorite teams and leagues tracking

3. User Accounts

You may use Sporium as a guest or create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Sporium Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following premium subscription options:

• Weekly: Billed every 7 days
• Monthly: Billed every month
• Annual: Billed once per year

4.2 Premium Benefits

• Ad-free experience
• Unlimited match notifications

4.3 Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

4.4 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Free Users

Free users have access to basic features with the following limitations:

• Advertisements will be displayed
• Match notification subscriptions limited to 3 matches

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the app
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app
• Use the app's data for commercial purposes without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Sporium, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Match data, team logos, and player images are provided by third-party data providers and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party services including:

• Google (Firebase, AdMob, Sign-In)
• Apple (Sign-In)
• RevenueCat (Subscriptions)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date match information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Match scores and statistics are provided by third-party data providers and may be subject to delays or errors.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the app
• Change subscription prices with notice
• Update these Terms of Use at any time

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sporium regarding the use of our app.
