Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your MUVpn account and associated personal data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the App

1. Open MUVpn.
2. Go to Settings → Profile / Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are scheduled for deletion immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2 — By Email

Send a request from your registered email address to muvpn@mobileupp.com with the subject “Delete My Account”. We will verify and process the request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account identifier and authentication records.
• Your VPN peer configuration and stored public key.
• Your premium‑time credit balance and transaction history.
• Your connection metadata records (server, timestamps, byte counters).

What May Be Retained

• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., financial/transaction records held by the app stores), retained only as long as required by law.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
