MatchUpp ("uygulama", "biz") gizliliğine önem verir. Bu politika hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarını açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun. MatchUpp yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap: anonim kimlik, e-posta veya Google/Apple ile giriş bilgileri.
• Profil: ad, doğum tarihi (yaşın gösterilir), cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, fotoğraf/videolar, biyografi, ilgi alanları, boy, yaşam tarzı ve değer tercihleri.
• Konum: yakındaki kişileri göstermek ve mesafe filtresi için (cihaz izniyle).
• Kullanım: beğeni/geçme, eşleşme, mesaj, canlı yayın ve soru-cevap etkileşimleri.
• Kamera & mikrofon: yalnızca canlı yayın yaparken.
• Cihaz & bildirim: push bildirim jetonu, temel cihaz bilgisi.
• Ödeme: abonelikler App Store/Google Play üzerinden yönetilir; kart bilgilerini görmez ve saklamayız.
• Reklam & analiz: reklam kimliği (izninle, ATT), kullanım ve çökme verileri.

Verileri nasıl kullanırız

• Eşleşme ve keşif deneyimini sunmak, profilleri göstermek.
• Mesajlaşma, canlı yayın ve bildirimleri iletmek.
• Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım tespiti ve içerik denetimi.
• Abonelik ve reklam hizmetlerini işletmek.
• Uygulamayı iyileştirmek (analiz/çökme raporları).

Paylaştığımız hizmet sağlayıcılar

Hizmeti sağlamak için verinin bir kısmı şu işleyicilerle paylaşılır (verilerin Türkiye dışında işlenebileceğini kabul edersin):

• Supabase — veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, depolama.
• Cloudflare — medya, canlı yayın (Stream) ve TURN altyapısı.
• Google Firebase — analiz, çökme raporu, push bildirimi.
• Google AdMob — reklam gösterimi.
• RevenueCat + App Store / Google Play — abonelik yönetimi.
• Google / Apple — sosyal giriş.

Saklama ve hesap silme

Verilerini hesabın aktif olduğu sürece saklarız. Uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile hesabını ve tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin (profil, fotoğraflar, mesajlar, eşleşmeler dahil). Silme geri alınamaz.

Haklarınız

KVKK ve (uygulanabilirse) GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme ve silme hakkına sahipsin. Talepler için support@mobileupp.com.

Çocuklar

MatchUpp 18 yaşından küçükler için değildir; bilerek 18 yaş altından veri toplamayız.

Güvenlik & değişiklikler

Verini korumak için makul önlemler alırız. Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama üzerinden bildiririz.

Privacy Policy (English)

MatchUpp ("the app", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the app you accept this policy. MatchUpp is for users 18 and older only.

Data we collect

• Account: anonymous identity, email, or Google/Apple sign-in.
• Profile: name, birthday (age shown), gender, sexual orientation, photos/videos, bio, interests, height, lifestyle and value preferences.
• Location: to show nearby people and apply the distance filter (with permission).
• Usage: likes/passes, matches, messages, live streams, and Q&A interactions.
• Camera & microphone: only while broadcasting live.
• Device & notifications: push token, basic device info.
• Payment: subscriptions handled by the App Store/Google Play — we never see or store card details.
• Ads & analytics: advertising identifier (with your ATT consent), usage and crash data.

How we use data

• Provide matching & discovery, and display profiles.
• Deliver messaging, live streaming, and notifications.
• Safety, abuse detection, and content moderation.
• Operate subscriptions and advertising.
• Improve the app (analytics/crash reports).

Service providers we share with

To run the service, some data is shared with these processors (you acknowledge data may be processed outside your country):

• Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
• Cloudflare — media, live streaming (Stream), and TURN infrastructure.
• Google Firebase — analytics, crash reporting, push notifications.
• Google AdMob — advertising.
• RevenueCat + App Store / Google Play — subscription management.
• Google / Apple — social sign-in.

Retention & account deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all data (profile, photos, messages, matches) from within the app via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible.

Your rights

Under GDPR/KVKK (where applicable) you may access, correct, and delete your data. Requests: support@mobileupp.com.

Children

MatchUpp is not for anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Security & changes

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. We may update this policy from time to time and will notify significant changes in the app.
