Hesabını ve Verilerini Silme

MatchUpp'ta hesabını ve tüm verilerini istediğin an uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.

Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)

1. MatchUpp'ı aç.
2. Profil → Ayarlar ekranına git.
3. Hesabı Sil'e dokun ve onayla.

Silindiğinde ne olur?

Hesabın ve şu veriler kalıcı olarak silinir (geri alınamaz):

• Profilin (ad, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, tercihler, biyografi)
• Yüklediğin fotoğraf ve videolar
• Beğeniler, eşleşmeler ve mesajlar
• Canlı yayın, soru-cevap ve diğer etkileşim verileri
• Bildirim jetonların ve hesap kaydın

Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.

E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden support@mobileupp.com adresine yaz; hesabını ve verilerini silelim.

Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your MatchUpp account and all data at any time, directly from within the app.

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open MatchUpp.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted?

Your account and the following data are permanently deleted (irreversible):

• Your profile (name, birthday, gender, preferences, bio)
• Photos and videos you uploaded
• Likes, matches, and messages
• Live stream, Q&A, and other interaction data
• Notification tokens and your account record

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@mobileupp.com from the email linked to your account and we will delete your account and data.
