Hesabını ve Verilerini Silme

Maskbeam'ta hesabını ve tüm verilerini istediğin an uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.

Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)

1. Maskbeam'ı aç.
2. Alt çubuktan Profil sekmesine git.
3. Hesap satırına dokun.
4. Hesabı Sil'e dokun ve onayla.

Silindiğinde ne olur?

Hesabın ve şu veriler kalıcı olarak silinir (geri alınamaz):

• Profilin (takma ad, profil görseli, biyografi)
• Yayın geçmişin (başlık, kategori, süre ve izleyici sayısı kayıtları)
• Yayınlarda gönderdiğin tüm sohbet mesajları
• Engelleme listen, gönderdiğin şikayetler ve susturma kayıtların
• Token bakiyen ve satın alma kayıtların
• Gönderdiğin ve aldığın hediyelerin kayıtları
• Açtığın yayın hedefleri ve takip ettiğin hedefler
• Bekleyen ödeme (kazanç çekme) talepleri
• Yayıncı ödemeleri sayfasına kaydettiysen ödeme yöntemin (hesap sahibinin adı soyadı, IBAN ve banka ülkesi)
• Bildirim tercihlerin ve push bildirim jetonların
• Hesap kaydın (anonim kimlik ya da bağladığın sosyal hesap)

Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz. Apple ya da Google hesabı bağlamadan (anonim olarak) kullandıysan da aynı adımlarla silebilirsin; anonim kimliğin de silinir.

Bilmen gerekenler

• Kalan token bakiyen iade edilmez. Silmeden önce harcamak istersen harcamayı unutma.
• Bekleyen ödeme talepleri iptal olur. Ödenmemiş bir kazancın varsa silmeden önce bize yaz.
• Açtığın bir yayın hedefi varsa hedef de silinir ve listelerden kalkar.
• Yasal yükümlülüklerimiz gereği saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar (ör. satın alma ve kötüye kullanım kayıtları) yasal saklama süresi boyunca tutulabilir.

E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden maskbeam@mobileupp.com adresine yaz; hesabını ve verilerini silelim.

Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Maskbeam account and all data at any time, directly from within the app.

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open Maskbeam.
2. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
3. Tap the Account row.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted?

Your account and the following data are permanently deleted (irreversible):

• Your profile (alias, profile image, bio)
• Your streaming history (title, category, duration and viewer-count records)
• Every chat message you sent during streams
• Your block list, the reports you submitted and your mute records
• Your token balance and purchase records
• Records of gifts you sent and received
• Stream goals you created and goals you follow
• Any pending payout (withdrawal) requests
• Your payout method, if you saved one on the creator payouts page (account holder's name, IBAN and bank country)
• Your notification preferences and push tokens
• Your account record (anonymous identity or linked social account)

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you used the app anonymously, without linking an Apple or Google account, the same steps apply and your anonymous identity is deleted too.

Before you delete

• Any remaining token balance is forfeited and non-refundable. Spend it first if you want to use it.
• Pending payout requests are cancelled. If you have unpaid earnings, contact us before deleting.
• If you created a stream goal, it is deleted and removed from all listings.
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase and abuse records) may be retained for the applicable statutory period.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email maskbeam@mobileupp.com from the email linked to your account and we will delete your account and data.
