How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to delete your Elyra account and all associated data.

Launch the Elyra app on your device and make sure you're signed in to your account.

Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down to find the "Data & Privacy" section.

Tap "Delete All Data" and confirm your decision in the dialog that appears. Your account and all cycle data will be permanently removed.

Warning: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated health data cannot be recovered.

Your Privacy Matters: All your sensitive health information, including cycle history and symptoms, will be completely erased from our servers.

When you delete your account, the following data will be affected:

Cycle History & Periods	Deleted	Immediately
Daily Logs (Symptoms, Moods)	Deleted	Immediately
Health Metrics (Temperature, Weight)	Deleted	Immediately
Notification Preferences	Deleted	Immediately
Push Notification Tokens	Deleted	Immediately
Anonymous Analytics	Retained	Aggregated, non-identifiable

Consider these alternatives before deleting your account:

Export Your Data: Download a copy of your cycle history before deleting.
Use Anonymously: You can disconnect your Google/Apple account and continue using Elyra without cloud sync.
Contact Support: If you're having issues, we're here to help resolve them.
