Welcome to Beauty Check. By downloading, installing, or using the Beauty Check mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Beauty Check is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes facial photographs to detect signs of aesthetic interventions. The App provides entertainment-based analysis results and is not a medical diagnostic tool.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

All analysis results provided by the App are for entertainment purposes only. The AI predictions are not definitive medical results and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should never rely solely on the App's results for any health-related decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not upload images of other people without their consent.
Not use the App to harass, bully, or discriminate against any individual.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Not use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Beauty Check offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) to unlock premium features. By purchasing a subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Beauty Check and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The analysis results will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
Any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Check and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or any damages resulting from reliance on analysis results.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
