We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your Beauty Check account and all associated data at any time.
You can delete your account directly from the app:
Alternatively, you can send a deletion request directly to beautycheck@mobileupp.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
⚠ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including scan history and analysis results, will be irreversibly removed.
Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store before requesting account deletion.
After account deletion, we may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, solely for analytics and service improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information or images are retained.
